My rates and prices are simple, competitive, have no hidden extras and I do not charge for callout.
All customers are informed of rates and prices during the booking of each job.

Hourly Rates: There will be a minimum charge of one hour per job, thereafter rates are charged in half hour increments. Rates exclude the cost of materials.
Fixed Prices: All quotations are available on request. Assessments for jobs are by appointment only and are carried out for free.
Materials: All materials supplied by Andy Cleminson are charged to the customer. Collection of materials is subject to availability and collection time shall not exceed 45 minutes. Cost and collection of materials must be agreed with by the customer in advance.
Parking/Congestion Charge: I do not charge for Parking, or Congestion Charge.
Payment: Payment is required in Full on completion of the job (excludes contract customers) on receipt of invoice. Commercial and catering service rates available on request. Rates are per hour except those marked by a * which indicates fixed price work.
